Orders are served in the active launch radius and are subject to product availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, mobile number, address, and location details. Orders may be delayed, cancelled, or repriced when details are incomplete or outside the active service zone.

Deliveries are completed through assigned riders. Customers may be asked to provide the order OTP at delivery. Failed delivery, incorrect address, or refusal to receive may affect future order handling.
